Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates.
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of approximately 26°C.
Maceration lasts between 12 and 15 days.
After racking, the wine ages for about 10-12 months in large French and Slavonian oak barrels.
After bottling, it continues aging in the bottle for about 3 months before being released to the market.
